It’s probably a bit pathetic that, as a resident of Cape Town’s most vibrantly painted neighbourhood, I first had to travel to Buenos Aires to get hooked on street art. But, since I’ve been back in my beloved hood, I have at least been awake to the awesomeness surrounding me. I now go rambling on foot or by bicycle, and never miss a chance to discover a new piece. Here are some of my favourites, found and photographed over several months.

This is fantastic!!! It can be difficult to spot the beauty when you are so focused on getting from point A to point B as fast as humanly possible!

Thanks so much Nihaad! There is so much beauty around us in Cape Town, I guess we’re a bit spoiled ;)
