Yesterday I was invited to join a group of hikers on the Steenbok Trail in the Postberg section of the West Coast National Park. These hikers have been doing the trail every year for the last 16 years. According to them, the flowers this year were the best they have ever been. Since it was the first time I’ve ever seen the West Coast Spring flowers, I had nothing to compare it to – except my personal idea of fairyland crossed with paradise. This was better.

Beautiful photos. I read about a 50km flower walk, over 4 days I think that I would like to know a bit more about. The photos I saw it looked as though it was a dune walk, or at least along the coast. Do you have any idea which walk it is, would appreciate any info
